Limited strength in his left arm

Telegraphing techniques, making them hard to use more than once in combat

APPEARANCE: Short black hair, coming down just past the ears. Brown eyes, relatively normal size. In fact, most things about him are normal, if a bit lanky. The main thing that is out of place is his right arm, which looks significantly more muscular, is slightly longer, is covered with a thin layer of short brown fur, and the two fingers on each side of the middle finger are claws that reach just past his knee.
PERSONALITY: Ishii is not what you would call a social person. He tends to avoid focusing on him and his arm, finding it very uncomfortable to talk about. He is convinced most of the world hates him because he is a freak. In general he has doubts about his skills, but when on a mission that becomes his sole focus.

Akuma Reppuu (Devil’s Violent Wind) - A low spinning slash to the back of the legs using the Devil‘s Right Hand.
Akuma Senppuu (Devil’s Whirlwind) - Spinning slash using the Devil’s Right Hand
Akuma Renge (Devil’s Lotus) - Based off the Omote Renge (Front Lotus). Ishii performs a short dash towards the opponent, using his right arm to uppercut them into the air, followed by jumping in the air and twisting the opponent so their head points towards the ground. Ishii then traps both his opponent’s arms behind their back with his own and spins as he falls towards the ground, planting them with a double underhook piledriver.
Akuma Dansu (Devil’s Dance) - Ishii burns any chakra consumed within the past 24 hours in order to simulate the opening of any of the eight inner gates. The higher the gates, the more chakra needed to simulate it.

HISTORY: Born to an unknown village, Ishii was abandoned at a young age in Konoha. Pick on because of his appearance, he grew up self conscious and timid. It is because of his self doubting attitude he is a still a genin, as he panics every Chuunin exam, despite a very good mission success rate.

Ishii already knew the answer, after all, it was the same answer day after day.

Ishii sighs as the local kids point their fingers and laugh. This was nothing new to him, the verbal jabs made at his expense. He knew they wouldn’t do anything to harm him, which was the only thing keeping him from hitting them. He silenced himself and pulled his jacket up a little higher, attempting to block out the insults as he walked home.
