I was thinking about something interesting. I was curious as to the relationships between the various clans of Konoha. Clans in many stories often have certain duties and influence in certain capacities be they regarding trade, politics, health care etc. Often at times these clans would battle each other for dominance and influence. In order to keep the peace, these clans would need to gather up and establish a treaty between all of them to ensure stability.
After the treaty has been signed and everyone agrees to work in a certain capacity, peace would be made. Of course, this treaty would need to be renewed every so often to ensure the next generation agrees to the terms and of course terms are at times changed. I was figuring, wouldn't it be neat if people who are in clans could meet up and talk about politics, trade, and their places in it all. Alliances are forged, and everyone works together to help maintain order in the village.
