PERSONALITY:
Makoto has a very fiery personality, which to most people it can seem like she’s very aggressive in everything she does but Makoto only tries to be the best in everything she does. Makoto tries to be the best in everything she does, she does enjoy being in an intellectual conversation with people about anything and everything. Makoto is also a very outgoing person and acts like any blonde would and sometimes acts stupid, but she finds that untrue and finds herself smarter than the average blond.
In battle Makoto is very adaptable in situations, finding it best to be prepared for anything that comes her way. But if a person tries to show off, she tries to one up them or get into an argument even though they’re fighting for the same thing. Another thing about her is that since she’s so strong willed that she tends to go into most situations without a set plan until she’s in the situation and needs to think of something fast.

TECHNIQUES:
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique): A basic Ninjutsu technique taught to all academy students that allows the caster to take on the appearence of a object or person. Those using the technique have to detailed with their transformations otherwise they can be revealed with the most subtle flaws. This jutsu only gives the caster the appearence of the not the personality or jutsu or etc of the target. So, another way to be discovered is through wrong personality and habbits. Caster cannot transform into giant beheamoth sized creatures or to something as small as a insect.

Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing): This technique requires adequate chakra control from the Ninja in order to execute. The shinobi will concentrate Chakra their feet and keep a constant flow going. While keeping this steady flow of chakra, the user will be able to walk up and on solid surfaces that he normally couldn’t have because of gravity. The user will now be able to walk up walls, trees, walk on ceilings upside down, etc. It is possible to keep his going while in combat, but if concentration is broken – the nin will fall.

Nawanuke no Jutsu (Escaping Technique): A basic technique taught to Academy students that allows the shinobi to escape from the bindings of rope and such. As it is a basic ability, it will allow allow escape from simple knots and ties and bindings – not something created from a jutsu that binds.

Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking): This technique requires adequate chakra control from the Ninja in order to execute. The shinobi will concentrate Chakra their feet and keep a constant flow going. While keeping this steady flow of chakra, the user will be able to walk on water. It is possible to kept his going while in combat, but if concentration is broken – the nin will fall into the water.

Clan Releases:
*Flash Palm Jutsu: The user Electrically charges their palms before striking. When struck the foe receives additional damage from the shocks. If struck in the head the foe may experience temporary nervous system disruption.

*Flash Kick Jutsu: same as the Flash Palm jutsu just applied to the feet.

*Flash Body Jutsu: summons some dark clouds and lightning from the sky which strikes the user's body encasing it in a temporary shroud of very high voltage electrcity. The body can only handle so much though so if overcharged the user will experience some nervous system disruption until it dissipates.

*Flash Dragon Palm Jutsu: user must first be using Flash Body jutsu. Like the flash palm jutsu the user electrically charges their hands which in Flash Body form dragon heads which can then be fired off at a multiple foes (two) for long ranged attacks much like the Thunder Dragon Tornado jutsu.

*Lightning Beast Running Technique Lv 2: By manipulating lightning chakra into their hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound remains connected to the user's hand, allowing them to control it during its attack when used in normal form. When used in Flash Body form the Lightning Beasts is twice as big and is able to split into multiple normal sized lightning beasts before attacking.

*Lightning Release Shadow Clone Lv 2: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching in normal form. In Flash body form the clones become shrouded as well as the user and take much more damage to be destroyed.

HISTORY:
Age seven was when everything in Makoto’s life started to get interesting. People would say she lived a normal life that was until her father disappeared. Many people would say that her father did what they were suppose to do when captured and killed himself while others say that he had snapped under the pressures and expectations of the clan and ran away. And on top of those rumors, she also has a younger brother, Dashe, who became a year old. The next year, after a year of bugging the elders, she went into the academy, the elders were still pretty sore about her going in afraid that she would activate the kekkai genkai when she was a student. By the time that she was eleven her kekkai genkai activated shortly after her brother’s did. Unlike her brother, who to her seemed to get all the attention was given a teacher; a twang of jealousy had passed over Makoto.
After given a team, she tried staying away from the clan and always encouraged her team to go on missions, whether they were in the village or not. One day she overheard that Dashe would become the head of the clan. Makoto thought that was ridiculous and tried talking to the elders to have her take his place but they denied her and told her being a ninja was good enough for her. After that she always tried to avoid Dashe.
Makoto and her team went to the chunnin exams when she was 14. From her pushing her team to do missions they successfully made it through the exam, which made her and her team member into chunnins with other one with a broken leg from the one-on-one battle.
Makoto had then walked away from her clan at the age of 15. She knew she had enough money to support herself. Her mom of course protested and told Makoto to stay for her brother, but that didn’t stop her from leaving. Makoto know she was being watch and tried to ignore them. One day when Makoto was training one of the people watching her threatened her to come back or else, but Makoto took her chances and stayed away. Once more at the age of 18 she was asked to return and support Dashe as he became head of the clan. Makoto sadly declined the offer and the next year she successfully past the jounin exam but ever since she heard Dashe wanted to be a ninja, Makoto would secretly watch over him. She was enraged that he had to stop for the duties of his clan.
Now, Makoto is 21 and doing solo and team missions. Word on the street is that her mom is temporarily head while Dashe is going back to being a ninja. Makoto finds this to be her chance to find him and tell him about the clan and what they are really up to. She knows that this might hurt him, but he needs to understand what he’ll be getting into.
