History of Clan:
The Storm clan originated in Kumogakure and was founded by Azal Storm fifty years ago. They specialiized in lightning style jutsu posessing a kekkai genkai in which they could summon and manipulate the lightning itself without harming themselves storing it in their bodies ready to use at a moment's notice. They were exiled from Kumogakure after Aazl refused to allow the current Raikage to learn their jutsus for purposes of war since he was a pacifist. The clan then split into two factions with one being led by his brother Yazuu Storm who began teaching the Raikage and his ninja all their jutsus while Aazl's faction was exiled. Azal then led his faction of the Storm clan to Konahagakure where they were allowed to set up after pledging their loyalty to the current Hokage. Realizing that war would come to them here to Azal began allowing his clan jutsus to be taught to select few worthy ninjas in the village.
Special Tecniques:
*A Kekkai Genkai in which they can summon and manipulate the lightning itself without harming themselves storing it in their bodies ready to use at a moment's notice.
*Flash Palm Jutsu: The user Electrically charges their palms before striking. When struck the foe receives additional damage from the shocks. If struck in the head the foe may experience temporary nervous system disruption.
*Flash Kick Jutsu: same as the Flash Palm jutsu just applied to the feet.
*Flash Body Jutsu: summons some dark clouds and lightning from the sky which strikes the user's body encasing it in a temporary shroud of very high voltage electrcity. The body can only handle so much though so if overcharged the user will experience some nervous system disruption until it dissipates.
*Flash Dragon Palm Jutsu: user must first be using Flash Body jutsu. Like the flash palm jutsu the user electrically charges their hands which in Flash Body form dragon heads which can then be fired off at a multiple foes (two) for long ranged attacks much like the Thunder Dragon Tornado jutsu.
*Lightning Beast Running Technique Lv 2: By manipulating lightning chakra into their hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound remains connected to the user's hand, allowing them to control it during its attack when used in normal form. When used in Flash Body form the Lightning Beasts is twice as big and is able to split into multiple normal sized lightning beasts before attacking.
*Lightning Release Shadow Clone Lv 2: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching in normal form. In Flash body form the clones become shrouded as well as the user and take much more damage to be destroyed.
