PERSONALITY:
Like his appearance he is always hiding behind a mask. It is not how some might think of it when they here that. Normally when people put up a mask they act happy and outgoing with others but inside they feel worthless and gloomy. The opposite can be said for this ninja. He is to happy all the time. He seems like he has no issues at all if he lets his true personality shine. Sakumo has a overflowing love for anything within the moment. He tries to see the good in everything and everyone. Seeing life as a game and the world his playground it was obvious that he needed to channel his hyperactive personality to something of value. He was in time able to learn that sometimes people got angry and sometimes there was a need for sadness. Not able to feel emotionally like the rest of his peers. He is forced to fake them. He must hide behind his emotional mask imitating others in dark times. But his true personality is always carefree and overflowing with joy. He likes to play the part of a hero and come to anyones rescue. He likes to enjoy the day and speaks before thinking sometimes. Sakumo enjoys playing the part of a character if needed. What I mean is that Sakumo will change his masked personality to fit any situation in order to make others happy. He can ruthlessly kill with a smile under his mask making up some sort of excuse that they would be happier dead then locked in a prison cell. Or he could put his mask on and pretend he feels awful about what he's done. Sakumo is extremely indecisive and can not choose anything to save his life. There for he relies on others to tell him what to do. He absolutely enjoys following the orders of someone else as opposed to being burdened with the responsibilities should his choice be wrong.

LIKES:
- Both hidden cloud village and hidden leaf village.
- Learning new styles of combat and making them his own.
- ART, almost anything that is eye-catching from the sun set to paintings.

DISLIKES:
- Having to hide his true identity within the hidden leaf.
- Being lied to or betrayed. Also seeing this within others.
- Villains of course, until they explain themselves with a compelling reason for there actions. Then maybe he will understand and respect there choices.... maybe.

TECHNIQUES:
Sakumo is a specialist in wind and earth natures.
Earth Release Shadow Clone:
This technique creates a clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mould itself back to its original shape. After reverting to mud, it can hold the opponent in place.

Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique
This technique conceals the user underground and drags the object of their attack down into the earth, robbing them of their freedom. In addition, they can start another attack.

Earth Release: Earth Dragon slice
When used with Earth Release: Earth Flow River, this technique can create a dragon-like head to fire concentrated mud at an opponent. This can also be combined with a wind ability to shoot a slice of wind at an opponent Sharpe enough to rival a steal blade.

Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique
The user creates a thousand shadow clones from one shuriken, striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. Because the clones form in just an instant, completely evading them is next to impossible.

Monkey King: Enma summon:
He was the personal summon of Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage. As he was a long-time companion to Hiruzen, it is implied that he is also rather old. Enma is loyal to the hidden leaf and will not aid Sakumo in any cloud missions only if they benefit the leaf.

Earth Release: Earth Style Wall
This ninjutsu is used to defend against an incoming attack by creating a solid wall of earth. Chakra is converted to earth within the body and then spat out. This earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Also, for a Kage-class shinobi it is possible to create a vast volume of earth. When used by Kakashi he creates a wall composed of bulldog sculptures to box-in Pain, and rather than spitting out mud, Kakashi simply causes the ground to rise.

Earth Release: Mud Body Technique
The user can transform their body into mud. In this form, the user can move around and control mud to a high degree, even more so than the mass of their body. Gozu used this ability to block Kakashi's Chidori by forming into a wall of mud in front of Guren and then saved her by forming the mud into a makeshift hand and pushing her away from the battle

Wind Release: Wind Cutter
This technique creates a blade of wind which will cut through the enemy with ease. Unlike most other wind techniques it does not seem to require blowing out the wind.

Wind Release: Vacuum Wave
The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries amongst those hit, which may even prove fatal.

Wind Release: Dust Cloud Technique
This technique creates a stream of high-velocity wind containing dust particles, capable of decimating even durable objects in a matter of moments. The completed technique is directed through vertically overlapped hands that are placed in front of the user's mouth, immediately after forming the necessary hand seal. This technique was powerful enough to destroy one of Kakuzu's masked creatures in an instant

Flying Swallow:
Using Chakra Flow, this technique requires a bladed weapon; by feeding chakra into the weapon, the ninja will increase the length and density of his blade to strike an enemy from several feet out of the physical blade's range. This is accomplished by creating an invisible extension of chakra that shapes into an edge that functions like the normal blade itself.

Seeing the blade, the opponent may misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming strike and thereby still be cut even if they manage to avoid the metal portion of the blade. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron. This technique works best with elemental chakra, especially with wind chakra for offensive cutting power.

Chakra Enhanced Strength
This is a technique where the user focuses chakra into their hands and feet using precise chakra control and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength. Tsunade created the concept of this technique to intimidate enemies and keep them at bay while she healed injured ninja.

Mystical Palm Technique
his medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique.


WEAPONS:
Sakumo Has very strange weapons unique to his person. This is one way of identifying him even while dressed in the anbu uniform. The first weapon most notably his favorite is the large splitting staff. This staff stands 6 ft tall with a 3inch blade poking out from the top of one side. What's unique about this staff is that it can split itself into two staffs connected by a 6ft length chain hidden inside of the two staffs combined. This creates a very large range of an astounding 18ft and 6 inch's for the combined weapon length. The blades are dipped in poison one side effecting the nerves so as the opponent will not be able to use that part of there body, the other side effects there blood flow so as there mind wouldn't receive enough blood to make clear decisions and think strategically while at the same time pushes the excess blood to the hart creating a panic like feeling and if left untreated could develop into a hart attack.

Various Kuni except Satumo's are round shape like a crescent moon.

Smoke bombs that have a light blue tint to there powder. These bombs are just for diversions or cover as they provide a long lasting blinding atmosphere.

Sakumo has four masks two from the cloud village and the other two from the leaf. Using various jutsus he can turn these masks into weapons.

Ninja wire, antidote vaccines, small knives, scalpel and explosive tags are carried within his cloak.

HISTORY:

Sakumo comes from a long lasting noble clan from the hidden leaf village. The traits of his family tied within him even if he hasn't had to much contact with his other half. His father came from the Sarutobi clan, an influential clan from Konohagakure. It has produced several notable members who have held positions of high authority, such as Hokage, or membership in the Twelve Guardian Ninja. All known members have been observed devotees of the Will of Fire. The members of this clan seem to be able to easily master high-level jutsu, as Hiruzen Sarutobi was revered as the "God of Shinobi", and Konohamaru Sarutobi managed to learn A-Rank techniques, such as the Shadow Clone Technique and the Rasengan, at a young age.To strengthen the unity between the Akimichi, Nara, and Yamanaka clans, it has become a tradition that a member of the Sarutobi clan will give each of them special earrings to present to the current generation when they swear their oaths. Sakumo's father was the former Hokage but because of his mother Sakumo had never met his half brother nor his nephew however do to circumstances he has met with his father but we will get into that later.


Sakumo's mother hails from the village hidden in the clouds. She is from the same family as Darui, his abilities have earned him the praise and recognition of the Fourth Raikage himself, who appointed Darui as his personal bodyguard and considers him his right-hand man. Sakumo's mother Natakura believes his skill as shinobi is a result of Darui's influence. She was a fine medical shiobi herself but hated the idea of war and harming others. Her status as the lead medical corps landed her on a mission that involved aiding the hidden leaf after the nine tailed had attacked it. She would volunteer to help make amends for her villages past attempt to steal the Hyuugas eye. Her guilt for her village's past enabled her to try and save as many leaf as possible. So she and Sarutobi hokage soon met and oddly grown to love each other. It was instant and happened almost over night but when she returned to her village nine months later she had become pregnant and a child was born.

She kept the surname of his father yet didn't tell him he had a son until Sakumo was about nine years old. Sakumo joined the academy in the cloud village and was raised as a cloud shinobi. His mother trained him hard in his book work. He had to be at the top of his class or she would scorn him. Sakumo was sent to training with Darui and to his surprise he mimicked his skill level at such a young age. The child in his mothers eyes was now presentable to meet his father. At age 16 he became an anbu in the hidden cloud village. Visiting his father in between his duties to his own village Sakumo inherited the will of fire after being taught by the hokage himself. Sakumo was allowed to become a anbu in the hidden leaf under a code name and false identity. He couldn't be a shinobi in two villages legally. So Sakumo scheduled a deal with his own villages Kage to make regular visits to his fathers village for training. The child became a prodigy and his talents improved tenfold. Having both the pride of leaf and cloud he was unable to except there differences. He wanted to unite the villages forces but as he was going to tell his father, an untimely death surrounded him.

Orochimaru. Sakumo vowed to kill him in order to get revenge on his father's death. Yet it seemed that Sasuke had bet him to it so Sakumo would seek out this Sasuke and see if he has inherited the coldness of orochimaru or if he would be worthy to live another day. Still on the search for him this is where his story begins.





DESIRED PLOT: Sakumo needs to develop close bounds so that he may experience true friendship then he must be ripped away from them so that he may truly understand pain! Mwahahah!
