Ren slowly stirred her ramen that she just ordered, pouting and wondering why her brother wouldn't fully explain how he was able to activate the Yajuu bloodline. She then brought some noodles to her mouth and slurped them, making some of the customers look her way, but she didn't care as she rested her head on her hand, slowly chewing her food. I don't care. I'll figure it out. She briught her posture back up. But he did say I would need to be danger.
Ren clenched her teeth. I can take anything that comes my way. She slammed her fist on the table top, once more making people look her way. Ren looked around and chuckled, patting the wood as if to make it feel better. Ren then sighed, wishing a friend would come around. Once more she took a bit out of her bowl. It really bothered her to be by herself, made Ren very nervous about. Naturally her leg started to shake as if to tell her to hurry up so that she could get out.

Naruto was walking along the village streets now. He had another day off it seemed so he would just laze about again. Training with Hinata the other day had been more than exciting. He was really impressed with how she had grown a lot especially after trying to fight Pain. She was sorta of a hero for doing that at least to him she was. His stomach then growled and he smiled it was time for some good ol Ichiraku ramen. They were no doubt anticipating his arrival right about now. He glanced around and was met with smiles and waves from the villagers and their children. They had once been taught to fear him but now they all loved him. He grinned sheepishly when the little noodle shop came into view now. He pushed open the flaps and took a seat two stools down from a girl he didn't recognize. Ayame then walked up to the counter on her side. It seemed her father was out today maybe sick probably.
"I expect you want the usual then Naruto," Ayame asked now. Naruto simply nodded grabbing a little packet and pulling the chopsticks out of it. He then glanced over at the girl and faintly smiled waving. He didn't recognize her so she must've been new to the village. He couldn't help but get a feeling there was something different about her the kyuubi could sense that but she seemed nice and harmless enough so maybe it was nothing. He looked up to find Ayame offering him his meal and smiled sheepishly taking it and setting it down so he could snap his chopsticks apart and dig into his meal.

Ren looked behind her to see a boy a little older than her walking into the bar. Oh who it he? Her blue eyes looked up in thought. Uzumaki Naruto, of course, his name went from disaster to hope for the village. Of course the beast in her told her that he was trustworthy in a way. She looked down at her bowl when he looked her way and then again Ren looked up to see Naruto receive his bowl only to look back. A smile flickered on her face. "You keep looking this way." She said, looking up at Naruto. "You're a kind person." Ren smiled bigger.
"I'm Ren Yajuu." Ren brought her hand out to shake his. This was actually pretty cool for her, to meet a famous person. No one's going to believe this. Especially my brothers. Ren chuckled internally, looking slyly to the side. Of course I am a little younger than him, so maybe big brother would know more about him than me. She thought to herself. There was a big age gap between all three. Who cares. I'm actually seeing him in the flesh. Ren then chuckled out loud. Of course she didn't foresee the future of what her older brother was about to tell her personally which would really upset the young ninja.

Naruto looked over when she said something to him about looking at her. "Oh sorry it's just I haven't seen you around before," Naruto replied with a sheepish smile on his face now. His smile turned into a sheepish grin at her comment about him being nice. He was about as nice as they came. She must've heard rumors about him most of which he hoped were good ones. If she had heard rumors then no doubt she knew about the nine tails. Least she didn't seem scared by him so that was a good start. He then noticed her hand and used his free one to shake back.
"Nice to meet you Ren and you already know mine of course. I was wondering if you were knew around here since I recognize most faces around here but not yours. I was also wondering what you've heard about me?" She seemed very nice herself so there was a potential for a friendship there. She seemed excited to see him so his reputation must've been a good one now. Even if he didn't become Hokage he'd still be remembered as a legend throughout history as the one who took down the supposed leader of Akatsuki. In the end no one would ever know what a good guy Pain actually was. It was the cycle of hatred that had twisted him into what he had become before dieing. Life seemed so simple when he was twelve with his big dreams to guide him.

Ren chuckled at his comment of never seeing her around before. But of course he would have never seen her around before, she did get out of the Academy a year ago and now starting her own ninja career. So, she would be less known that him or any of his comrades. "Nah, it's all fine. I'm still a new genin." Ren shrugged her shoulders, withdrawing her hand after they shook. She then looked back up after Naruto asked how she knew about him.
"Well, I've heard a lot around the village. At first it wasn't very good stuff about you and since I was too young to think for myself." She stopped and chuckled slightly, "I kind of believed the adults. But after seeing everything you've gone through, I thought there was more to you than the demon that's in you." Ren tilted her head, a soft smile was on her face. After her brother had gone into the academy and hearing about the stories he would come home with, she knew that there had to be more than meets the eye. When she started to believe that Naruto was a good person that concerned her parents as to why she would like a beast like that boy.
"And you kept proving yourself and making my beliefs in you grew stronger." she laughed, rubbing the back of her head. People always told her she was a bit of an air head and told her not to trust everyone that she meet, but there was something deep in her that would always guild her to the people that she did and if they were bad she knew that there had to be a way to make them good, just somehow.

"Suppose that makes sense I was gone for three years but I'm still a Genin myself," Naruto replied. That was kinda embarrassing for someone his age but he could careless what others thought about that. He was gonna become Hokage one day and then everything would change. Now that the village loved him and had made him a hero it seemed so much more attainable now. All his friends believed in him now so that gave him more hope than before. Still the future was uncertain so long as Akatsuki were after him. Madara seemed pretty unstoppable right now.
"Yeah I remember those days but I never let it get to me. I kept hope alive and dreamed of the impossible. Now I'm a hero and one day I'll become Hokage. Maybe then I can break the cycle of hatred that has consumed the ninja world. All I can do right now is help anyone I can." He then grabbed his chopsticks and began digging into his ramen slurping the noodles down quickly as he always did. It felt nice that people finally saw him as Naruto and not the Kyuubi. He paused in his eating smiling sheepishly now. "Thanks that means a lot to me. If you ever just need a friend to talk to I'm always available." He then turned back to finish his ramen off drinking the juices now before raising his hand signaling he wanted another bowl.

Ren chuckled slightly, hearing that he was still a genin, rearranging she chopsticks wanting to finish off the bowl that she was having. She then looked up at Naruto chewing on her noodles. Her eyes wondered back down at her bowl in thought. She knew he was right, there was hatred in this world, but she never had experienced it first handed and probably never will. That must've been a tough life for him. Ren picked up her bowl and started to chug the broth.
She then dropped her bowl down and smiled after he thanked her for her words. "I always love making people happy." Ren smiled really big. "And I'm glad we're friends, too." She watched in wonder as he finished off his bowl quickly and then asking for another one. "Of course I'm always around, too. Not having a set team at the moment and all." She leaned back in thought. The Academy class was small for the year, Ren wondered what was up with that. She only hoped her younger brother had more people around now that he had enrolled.

"That's a really good quality to have," Naruto replied with a sheepish smile. Thinking bout that now he would have to say his stubborness was his best quality. It really annoyed his friends sometimes but it seemed to work out for him. "Sure we are Ren. You seem like a good hearted person so why not?" He was always trusting of new people he met until he found out they were criminals. Even then though he tried to help them to get them to change. Sasuke was a criminal now too wasn't he but Naruto still believed there was hope to reach him. That was why he'd never give up on him and if people thought he was a fool because of that then so be it.
"Rest of my team is out on individual missions I suppose. You'll get a team soon and you'll become close friends with them for sure. In the meantime we can hang out anytime you want. I have my own apartment so just give me a knock." Everyone in the village knew where he lived now so all she had to do was ask about it. The missions he was given seemed to be less and less lately and he guessed it had something to do with the hokage summit meeting. So much had happened that day from Sakura's fake confession in which Sai revealed her true intentions to the confrontation with Sasuke. There was also Hinata's confession ringing in his head too. So much had happened in such a short time he felt like he was beginning to sink under the surface with all his dreams and goals slipping away from him.

Ren was happy to hear the confirmation that they were friends. This was actually pretty exciting for considering her pretty quiet life. She then leaned her head on her hand, listening to what he said about his own team. It also excited her that they could hang out whenever since he had nothing better to do. "That sounds cool." Ren smiled and nodded.
Of course she did know that when she did get her own team, there would be a lot of low missions she would have to take on considering that there's a bigger threat out there that the village doesn't want their own genin to get involved with. She then watched her bowl get taken away with Ayame asking if she wanted another bowl, Ren only smiled big and shook her head.

Knowing she was only Genin he knew her team once she got one would get easy missions. Even thought he was a genin himself he was way more experienced and was usually given higher level missions but considering what was going on Tsunade had shrunk that down to lower level stuff that typical new genin usually got. He knew it had nothing to do with his rank but what he was. He was a prime target of Akatsuki so they were pretty hesitant on letting him out of their sight for too long. He smiled and nodded his head in response to her cool comment. She would be fun to hang out with sometime. He then took his new bowl of ramen and begun to dig into it eating it as quick as he always did. He briefly glanced at Ren again smiling sheepishly. He then set his bowl down having finished it now.
"Man this is the best stuff ever," Naruto spoke up now. He could never get enough of Ichiraku ramen. He had practically grown up on the stuff. He had always eaten it but it was the only thing the villagers would give him and even then they had to be forced by the third hokage to do so. Life had been so hard then but now he had his friends. Hanging out with Ren would help him get his mind off things if only for short time. We can hang out anytime and do whatever you like. We can do stuff or just train I'm always up for teaching others." He really enjoyed training Konohamaru when he did. He had taught him the Sexy no Jutsu and even the Rasengan.
