APPEARANCE: (Until I find a good picture!) Takara has bright violet hair that reaches just past her shoulders and a smouldering pair of gray eyes. She is very small, reaching a full height of five-feet-two-inches and weighing only 106 pounds; she has a body built for speed. She has a healthy skin tone, not too pale and not overly tan, although, she gotten a bit paler from being in the hospital for a while. She has good looks (long lashes, straight and small nose, and full lips) but she doesn't spend any time focusing on her appearance; she has better things to do than standing in front of a mirror... Like trying to uncover her past.

PERSONALITY:
Takara is a bit rough around the edges. She doesn’t know how to behave in certain situations and she usually says the wrong thing at the wrong time, but she means well. She also doesn’t exactly follow the rules. It amuses her to see people’s reactions when she does the opposite of what she’s told to do. She’s almost like a child, harmless and naïve, but she is far from stupid. For a person suffering from amnesia, she is a fast learner and is very observant.

Takara tries to be positive about her situation. She is grateful for her new life and she wants to make the most of it. However, she gets depressed when she tries to think about her past. She wants so badly to remember her former life, but she gets a terrible migraine when she tries to think about it. For this reason she feels out of place and lost sometimes. She knows Konoha isn’t her home and she wishes she knew where she truly belonged.

HISTORY: Takara (birth name: Hotaru) grew up in a small farming community to two very loving, but poor, parents (father: Saburo, mother: Yuina). They were overjoyed to have a daughter of their own and they vowed to raise her well despite their lack of money. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to keep this promise. Yuina became very sick three years after Takara’s birth, and to pay for the medicine, her father was forced to borrow a significant amount of money from a young man called Toratsu. Yuina made a full recovery thanks to the medicine her husband purchased, but the family faced another problem when Toratsu wanted his loan to be paid in full with interest. He gave the family two options: pay him in cash immediately or give him their precious daughter. They gave the man Takara.

Toratsu saw great potential in the small, violet haired child. She was very observant for a three-year-old, and he could easily mold her into the perfect weapon, which is why he renamed her Kikiwake (meaning “obedient”) Houseki (“jewel”), or Kiki for short. She was trained to be a skilled assassin that obeyed Toratsu’s every word; she became his tool and did everything he told her to do without question. She became an emotionless, cold-hearted killer, specializing in torture and interrogation. Toratsu was very pleased with his girl, but he sometimes expected too much of one person.

One mission Kiki was sent on was to collect money from a noble family that had slacked off in their payments. Toratsu underestimated their attack-force, and Kiki was brutally beaten. After narrowly escaping, she ran towards the nearest village she knew of, Konoha. She almost made it to the main entrance, but she collapsed from pain and severe blood loss before she reached the gate. A young man discovered her and rushed her to the hospital where she was nursed back to health.

After being in a coma for two weeks she awoke with no memories; she didn’t even know her name (just for convenience, she was given the name Takara). Tsunade examined her and estimated her to be somewhere between the ages of seventeen and twenty-three. Tsunade also wanted her to be placed under the supervision of a Jounin because she doesn't trust Takara. Takara also doesn't fully trust herself because she doesn't remember anything about herself. She wants to discover her lost memories, but she is afraid of what she might find.

Desired Plot: I would like to have Takara live with a (preferably) male cannon character. I also want her to try to uncover her past and eventually discover that she is a murderer.
