A few questions

Okay so I have a view questions regarding the overall roleplaying on this site.

1. Is there a rank that we have to start at when we make our character? If not, does the quality of the profile created affect the rank?

2. Is there a list of jutsu and techniques for this site or are we just going by the techniques listed on the website? If thats the case are we allowed to make custom jutsu and techniques.

3. Are there techniques and abilities avalible to only certain villages?

I would greatly appreciate if this could be answered by the Admin since there are no mods currently.

I hope I can help you !

1.) Your character may be whatever rank you want them to be. However, you cannot make a Sannin level character (people have asked before, just to make it clear). The quality of the profile does not affect your rank; but it should be done to the best of you abilities!

2.) There isn't a list of jutsu on here, but I have provided a few links to sites that do have lists. And custom jutsu and techniques are absolutely allowed.

3.) Nope, techniques are available in all villages. Abilities that belong to a clan may be available in only certain villages, however (ex: the Uchiha clan is only in Konoha, therefore the Sharingan is only used in Konoha).
