PERSONALITY: Rina is a very emotional person; she can be hurt easily, has a short temper, etc. However, she is very good at concealing how she feels and has complete control over her emotions, as a proper ninja should.

Rina is confident. She knows what her strengths are and she knows what her weaknesses are (although it kills her to admit that she is vulnerable to some extent), and she develops skills that make up for her weaknesses. Perhaps one of Rina's greatest strengths is her ferocity in battle. She was taught to never underestimate her opponent, and she lives by this principle.

Rina is an expert in analysis, investigation, research, espionage, and counterespionage. Her photographic memory and outstanding skills in observation make her successful on the aforementioned professions. She is also very knowledgeable in the subject of anatomy; she knows what brings pleasure to the human body as well as excruciating pain. With this knowledge, Rina is a very passionate young woman. She has been labeled by some as a nymphomaniac, but Rina sees her sexual desire merely as a natural human behavior.

Rina's number one priority in life is her career as a ninja. She is determined to be the best and will do whatever it takes to improve. She is open to constructive criticism, but she will absolutely not tolerate anyone ordering her around. She cannot stand authority, which is probably one of her biggest faults, and she hates being bound by any type of rules. Being told what to do is one of the few things that will set off her temper.

TECHNIQUES:
Yajuu (kekkei genkai) : The Yajuu are known for being able to shape-shift into a beast-form. Rina's beast is the Black Panther. The panther is a prideful animal, and like Rina, does not accept failure. She is also elusive, flexible, agile, fast, and has great stamina. In some cultures the panther is a symbol of death, making Rina's inner-beast even more fearsome.

Yajuu Bunshin no Jutsu : Creates a solid clone of Rina's beast, the Black Panther.

Bunshin Bakuha - Shadow Clone Explosion (A-Rank / Close Range) : A ninjutsu technique that looks like a normal clone, but can be detonated at any time by the user to create a large explosion.

Daibakufu no Jutsu - Grand Waterfall Technique (A-Rank / Medium Range) : A ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Daibakuryuu no Jutsu - Great Exploding Current Technique (Close Range) : A ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below.

Goshokuzame - Five Sharks Eating (B-Rank / Close - Long Range) : A ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals, the user places their hand on the surface of the water and five sharks of condensed water emerge from the users fingers to attack the enemy in the water below.

Haran Banshou - Stormy Upheaval (Close to Medium Range) : A ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, a waterfall is created to slam into an opponent.

Ja no Kuchi - Serpent Mouth (Close to Long Range) : A ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, a giant serpent is formed out of water. The water serpent is controlled by the user to attack the enemy.

Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique (D-Rank) : A technique that causes an area to become covered in fog.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique (C-Rank / Close Range) : A technique that utilizes water to create a clone.

Yaiba no Mizu - Sword of Water (Close Range) : A ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a fully functional sword.

Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water (Close Range) : A ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip.

Mizu no Tatsumaki - Tornado of Water (Close Range) : A ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

Mizurappa - Violent Water Wave (C-Rank / Close to Medium Range) : A ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, a strong jet of water is shot at the enemy.

Taihoudan - Large Projectile (Close Range) : A ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After performing the hand seals, water generates in the users mouth and can then be spit out at the target.

Teppoudama - Bullet (C-Rank / Close to Far Range) : A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a larget amount of water manifests in the users mouth that can then be spit out like a bullet.

Ukojizai no Jutsu - Fierce Raining at Will (A-Ranked / Close to Long Range) : A ninjutsu technique that covers an area with a downpour of rain. The user can maintain a connection to the rain and tell when someone is obstructing it. They can also detect the enemy's chakra level and skill. Rina is only able to cover an area of a square mile for about ten minutes until her chakra is drained.

WEAPONS: Kunai, shuriken, wire, invisible string, exploding tags, breath mask, files, lock picks, mirror, grenades, makibishi, and windmill shuriken.

HISTORY: Rina was born into a large, but relatively unknown, clan. The Yajuu are very strict and disciplinary, and her parents raised her no differently. Once she was able to walk she began training with her three older brothers, Atsuto (28), Koukai (23), and Matsuma (21), and her twin brother, Hikaru (18). Despite being smaller and younger than her brothers, she was pushed just as hard to improve her skills by both her parents.

Her father, Ryoku (57), personally trained his children. He didn't treat Rina any different than her brothers just because she was female. From the beginning he could tell that his daughter was different; she was agile, had amazing reflexes, and learned things twice as fast as her brothers.

Her mother, Junko (48), ruled the household and set forth strict guidelines, which had severe consequences if broken. Rina always thought these rules were silly and it amused her to break them even though she was punished for it. She still enjoys going against the rules.

When Rina was seven years old her parents moved to the Hidden Mist Village. Atsuto, Koukai, and Matsuma were immediately made Genin and placed on a team together; all three easily passed the Chuunin exam that same year and were promoted to the rank of Jounin the year after. Rina and Hikaru continued to be trained by their father for two more years, and then they were both enrolled into the Ninja Academy. The twins graduated from the Academy that same year and were placed on separate Genin teams.

At first, Rina hated her teammates Miya (20) and Rei (21); she felt that they held her back because they were weaker than her. After about a month of working together, though, they became very close and still remain friends today. Three years later their sensei, Kenta (28), allowed the girls to sign up for the Chuunin Exam. The team passed the first two rounds together, and during the second round (survival) Rina discovered her Yajuu (inner-beast) in a battle where she and her teammates nearly died. Rina was the only one who made it successfully through the next round, and she was promoted to the rank of Chuunin due to her excellent skills in observation and combat.

Rina began spending more time out on missions than at home. She loved this new freedom from being away from her strict parents. She was able to make decisions for herself and she didn't have to follow any of her mother's silly household rules. She also learned many new things when on missions with ninjas older than herself. One woman in particular, Takahara Miho (25), took a special liking to Rina and, in a sense, took her under her wing. Rina didn't think Miho was the smartest, but she tagged along with her none the less. Miho taught the young Yajuu, who was fifteen at the time, that as kunoichi they had an advantage when going against a male, and sometimes even female, opponent: their sex appeal. Surprisingly, this tactic worked in Rina's favor a majority of the time due to her slim and curvaceous body. However, this led to the little problem of Rina's overactive sex drive.

At the age of sixteen, Rina was promoted to the rank of Jounin. She began to heavily study anatomy, investigation techniques, interrogation, and analysis of evidence. Also at this time, she purchased an apartment and moved out of her parents’ home to escape their rules and for more... Privacy.

Rina is now eighteen years old and resides in the same apartment she purchased two years prior. She has become an expert in anatomy as well as analysis, investigation, research, espionage, and counterespionage. She is a versatile ninja and is frequently assigned a variety of missions.

DESIRED PLOT: I was thinking that since she hates rules, she could get angry with her village and become a rogue ninja. It would also be nice if somebody, or multiple people, would want to be one of her lovers.
