APPEARANCE: Ryuu has a blue left eye and a right red eye. He has short, spiky, blond hair. He has sharpened canines. In times of combat, he wears a dragon mask to cover his face. He has a full back tattoo of a dragon that goes up his right arm, stoping right before reaching his hand.
PERSONALITY: Often seems disinterested with everything, almost as if he is bored. Even though he is incredibly stubborn, he never acts childish or mad, instead keeping the same disinterested voice tone.

TECHNIQUES:
Chakra Disruption - By touching someone, Ryuuto leaves a small amount of chakra on the target, which begins to seep through the skin and make its way into the chakra pathways, disrupting the flow, and with large amounts in the system, control the chakra.
Ryuudosuzan (Dragon Beheading) - An diagonal upward slash, aiming for right below the ribs and going through to the collar bone.
Meisai Gakure no Jutsu (Camouflage Concealment Technique) - A technique that makes the user close to invisible, only seeable by the Sharingan and possibly the Byakugan.
Jouro Senbon Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Sprinkling Needles) - Summons shadow clones of umbrellas filled with needles that are thrown into the air and rain down the needles.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clones) - If you don’t know what this does, you have never seen/read Naruto.
As well as all basic technique taught in the ninja academy, and a decent amount of genjutsu.

HISTORY:
Born in Iwagakure, Ryuu was always different. His parents were kind and loving, but he never showed any sign of affection. He showed a knack for complex strategies in battle, using his unique chakra to slowly shut down a foe while hiding, before incapacitating them with a single strike. However, Ryuu would never make it out of the academy, due to his general lack of paying any attention and his unwillingness to pass a tests. It wouldn’t be until a family trip to Amegakure that Ryuu would show any expression beyond disinterest. In was in the rain that he would first smile. Ryuu kill his parents in the middle of the night, making sure it was swift and painless before going to live in Amegakure. Now, Ryuu is an assassin for hire, making sure his kills are well thought out and close to untraceable.
